The registration deadline for Latin American cities (Mexico City, Bogotá, São Paulo) was before the September 21, 2026 presale opening. Latin America — Presale Details
The five Latin American dates cover Mexico City, Bogotá, Santiago, Buenos Aires and São Paulo across January 2027. Presale registration for these markets opened ahead of the September 21, 2026 start date.
Mexico City — January 18, 2027
Mexico City's Auditorio BB is one of the capital's premier mid-capacity indoor venues. The fan presale runs from 10 AM CST on September 21 and closes at 8:59 AM CST on September 22, before the Banamex presale begins at 9 AM. The general sale opens September 23 at 9 AM CST through Ticketmaster Mexico.
Bogotá — January 21, 2027
Note that the general sale for Bogotá opens on September 22 at 10 AM — only one hour after the fan presale ends at 9:59 AM. If you hold a presale code, entering the queue at 10 AM on September 21 gives you a meaningful head start. Tickets are sold through TaquillaLive, the confirmed official partner for Colombia.
Santiago — January 23, 2027
The Santiago concert at Teatro Coliseo is officially confirmed on the Stars Align Tour itinerary. Presale registration, ticket sale dates and the official ticketing partner for Chile have not yet been announced. This article will be updated as soon as confirmed information is available. Buenos Aires — January 25, 2027
For Buenos Aires, the currently verified information is that the general ticket sale opens on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM through Passline. A separate artist presale has not been confirmed for this market. Do not assume the same presale code works across all Latin American cities.
São Paulo — January 27, 2027
São Paulo's Audio is one of Brazil's best-known live music venues. The fan club presale runs September 21 from 10 AM through September 22 at 10 AM, after which the general sale opens at noon. Note that the fan presale ends at 10 AM on September 22 — the general sale starts two hours later.
Asia Pacific — Presale Details
Six Asia Pacific dates run through February 2027, covering Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei. Presale windows for the first two cities open the week of September 29, 2026.
Bangkok — February 12, 2027
Bangkok has two presale windows. The fan club presale on September 29 runs for a ten-hour window (noon to 10 PM local). The next day, September 30, a Live Nation Tero presale runs the same hours. The general sale opens October 1 from noon local time.
Singapore — February 14, 2027
Singapore's Capitol Theatre is a beautifully restored heritage venue. The artist presale on September 29 runs from 10 AM to 11:59 PM. The Live Nation presale on September 30 requires a Live Nation Singapore account. The general sale opens October 1 at 10 AM. Registration for the artist presale is through freyaskye.hq.fan.
Manila, Tokyo, Seoul and Taipei
All four cities are officially confirmed on the Stars Align Tour 2027 itinerary:

What to Do When Your Presale Opens
Presale allocations sell out quickly on high-demand shows. The steps below give you the best chance of securing tickets once your window opens.
